Could anyone suggest a mainframe simulator that supports CICS...

Are there any free downloads ???

yess. there is. But i don't know whether you can call it a simulator.
It is a tool developed by Microfocus called mainframe express with MTO option.There are many other tools in market. They are primarily used for migration projects.It's a lisenced toolnot a free ware. But i think there is a one month trial version.
