CICS-Db2 connection issue

Hi Team,

we have three CICS regions and two db2 subs is running in a Lpar.
we were connecting all cics regions with db2 using db2group,but some time after the IPL all three CICS connecting with one db2 subsystem and making other is idle. how can we avoid this and any other ways to balance the workload with db2.
