Ca7 long running jobs report

I am currently manually checking CA7 long running jobs every 1 hour.
Is there any way to automate it.
Something like a job should run every 2 hour and sends the report of long running jobs or any other way.

Have you asked the vendor? Since CA-7 is a vendor product, they should be your FIRST group to ask.
