The CICS region abnormal termination is happening when any user logged into the system and execute any application transaction if it is failed with ASRA or AEI9 error. I really worried about a simple transaction bringing CICS region down. CICS supplied transactions are working fine. Could someone throw light on this issue.
Error in CICS Log:

To discover what's causing the abend you'll need to either analyse the dump yourself or get IBM to analyse (possibly unlikely for CICS V4.2 at this stage). However, the dump has been suppressed (SDUMP RETURN CODE X'08' REASON X'0B'), so you'll need stop dump suppression. You also don't show the DFH* portion of the error message(s) and any possibly relevant abend message for the ASRA or AEI9 preceding the messages shown.
