interactive cics program using CICS send text and receive

Is it possible to create cics interactive program using CICS send text and receive

CICS screen

Options
1.Test1
2.Test2
3.Test3

please select option

and receive terminal data and process as per the option selected

Why not maps ?
It just 80 byes text restrictions and why would you want it?

I could able to create the interactive program using send text and receive for a quick development for a demo.

But isn't send text is 80 bytes once per screen either top or at the bottom ?

Its hit and trial which worked

I created one group variable and populate its elementary variables having length 79, next send text from the group variable. all line displayed on screen

While receiving the records I found the last record only reflected
however I used that to get the option value

Okay.. but why not use maps when it’s created for interactive purpose?

Send text is only created for output purpose when you do not expect input for that , for e.g. error handling or warning messages.
