To sort two vb input files and put in the 1 output file

I have two input files
File1: BB0517.PVR0.DUF.FINANCPR (recfm=vb)
FILE2: BB0517.TESTIP1 (recfm=vb) (will be attching two files in the attachements below for refernce)
output file: should be in the format of 1st input file exactly..but with 2nd input file values getting replaced
using joinkeys i need the solution for this.
can anyone please provide this

Do not use Attachments. Provide sample input data and desired output data. Use the code tag button when presenting code/data. The button works as a toggle.

Also show what you have tried yourself.

DSNAME does not help to resove this issue.

No other information is provided.

It is dead-end in this situation.
