Hi,
I am facing below error in a mainframe job for KWIKKEY Utility while building an alternate index on a VSAM:
KWIK-KEY VSAM ALTERNATE INDEX BUILD - RELEASE 3.8 DATE: 01/08/2020
AXS41 - PASSWORD VALIDATION FAILED. MSPVER FEEDBACK CODE = 6
AXI17 - KWIK-KEY PROCESSING IS COMPLETED. MAXIMUM CONDITION CODE = 16
Could you please assist in resolving this issue. |

| Have you contacted the vendor? If not, that should be your FIRST action. Since the product is a vendor product and not part of z/OS, the expertise on this -- or any -- forum is going to be limited. And if your site pays for maintenance, you have the right to contact the vendor with your issue. |

| Wild guess, Password for the Vendor product has expired end of 2019 and now the grace period of one week for 2020 as well. |
