Guys,
We currently have a Z14 ZR1 with 3 LPARs defined - ZOS1, ZOS2 and TEST.
I need to add some more LPARs, and change the names of the LPARs too to be more meaningful.
Is there a fast way of doing this through the HMC, or do I have to load a corresponding IODF into the CEC, shutdown systems, and do a Power- On Reset (POR) to get these to show and be available?
Obviously, I have a corresponding IEASYMxx member in PARMLIB ready for both old and new, in case you were going to ask?
