personal datasets are - the name tells - PERSONAL
sharing personal <datasets> is frown upon in most organisations
how do You know that the person You are sharing with has the same data access as You do ???

if You need to share some data , talk to Your security support and store it in a dataset accessible to all the parties involved

topic locked, no reason to discuss security issues peculiar to each organisation
