Is AIX or PATH should be defined when a VSAM Alternate Index is going to be used in a CICS region?
I am a programmer, and I cannot open an Alternate Index file though CEMT I FIL command. I need to know the right way of defining this kind of file in CICS, so that I can argue with our System Programmer.
Please help. |

If there is a path defined for the AIX it should be the path specified in CICS, otherwise what is the point of having an AIX? |
