Can't we know using any transactions (ex: using CEMT..)

Try, CECI INQUIRE SYSTEM (gives version) or talk to your support as told by others if require for Webservices or check of you are looking for CORBASERVER or INQUIRE IPCONN or INQUIRE CONNECTION.
