Execution of REXX-DB2 in OMVS

Hi,

I am new to working with USS in z/OS. I am trying to execute a REXX-DB2 program in OMVS, and it throws the following error for the SUBCOM DSNREXX command :

2 *-* 'SUBCOM DSNREXX'
+++ RC(127) +++
127

Any suggestions/solution as what needs to be included prior to executing this program?
