Hi,

Please refer tothis topic:
ibmmainframes.com/viewtopic.php?t=6073&highlight=

I've had a similar situation recently when I was getting -927 sql error while trying to execute non - DB2 program with a calling to the DB2 environment. The first thing I tried to do was to somehow bind this Non - DB2 pgm to a DB2 environment and believe me that never happened. I think that fails because the DBRM which would try and extract the SQLs from the host pgm does not find any. And trying to bind that doesn't make any sense thereafter. Unless we have the pgm bind to the environment using it with IKJEFT01 might not work.

Thanks,
Rishi
