Hi,
I'm looking for an explanation for a problem with my IDMS/ADSO code. We have an ENTER-process that ends, starting a 'next-function'. In my developers environment (where I can use ADS-ALIVE) everything works fine. But when I move to an user-acceptance environment, I keep getting an abend D002 with message code 174003. I can't find an explanation for this message code. Does anybody have a list of messages for me?
thanks

For messages etc. look in the manuals.
That D002 abend should be accompanied by 1 or more DC###### errors, maybe that will give a clue. |

Straight from the Manuals:
Quote: |
ABNDD002
D002
Reason:
An error has occurred with a severity level that has caused the system to
terminate the active task. The system or the CA IDMS user program has
issued a message with a severity code of 3, 4, or 5. The preceding message
on the system log indicates the cause of the error and recommends
corrective actions.
Module:
RHDCPCTL
Severity:

Please don't attempt to use formatting and ALL CAPS to make your subject "stand out" (or for any other reason). The effect you get will tend to be the opposite of the effect you probably wanted. |

Sorry Anuj, no :-)
You were "collateral" to the arrival of my post.
TS had a Subject which was all in Caps and contained [ b ]...[ /b ] formatting. |
