Years of experience: 8 - 9 years
Relevant experience: 7-8 years
Essential skills:
• 7-9 years’ experience in Automation testing
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Automation Testing Methodologies and Best
Practices
• Extensive hands on experience with QTP, VSTS and/or Test C
Preferred skills:
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environment is preferred

Work Location: Bangalore
Role/responsibilities:
• Extensive hands on experience with QTP, VSTS and/or Test Complete or any other
automation tool
• Design Automation frameworks - Hybrid (Data & key word) driven framework
experience is a must
• Clearly understand test automation requirements from client, design the automation
framework independently
• Leadership skills - Able to lead this effort from start to finish - be able to
lead/manage multiple teams/projects
• Team Builder - Capable of mentoring new resources to meet the requirements
