How to use the cobol compiler downloaded from this site?

Hi,

I have downloaded the cobol compiler from this Use [URL] BBCode for External Links forum. this is a zip file and when i am extracting it then it is showing a folder containing number of text files. can anybody please let me know how to use this cobol compiler? i will be very thankful
