Hi ,
I am trying to set the timeout parameter in CICS so that the users who are inactive for long time are logged out and again when they login they would resume from where they had stopped.Any solution for this?

If they get logged out, how would the system know where to resume them from? As far as I am aware, your request cannot be accomplished as stated. |

Automatically logging a user off, due to inactivity, is a function builtin to your Security System (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret, etc).
There shouldn't be any need for application programming involvement.
Speak with your System's Staff.
