How can i monitor who is using XPEDITOR currently? Or where i can any log/script contains XPED usage details?

This would be a good question to raise with Compuware support. I'm not aware of any easy way to determine this, but Compuware support would know the definitive answer.

Reason behind to know who is using XPED is that sometime user missed to exit from for XPED or improper exit.

Xpediter CICS? Xpediter TSO? Xpediter batch?

For CICS, bring the region down and the user will be out of Xpediter!

For TSO or batch, you'll have to ask Compuware -- you may be able to determine from the terminal id, but I don't know for sure.

In cics there is the XPSP transaction then go to option 9.P (Resource summary).
