Can we use REDEFINES in 01 level

can we use REDEFINES in 01 level. If not why?

Why do you ask?
data-name-1 and data-name-2 must have the same level in the hierarchy; however, the level numbers need not be the same. Neither data-name-1 nor data-name-2 can be defined with level number 66 or 88.
