Could any one let me know the sort card format to select only the numeric form of data. |

Hello,
Post some sample data (real or invented) of what you "have" and what you want as output from that sample data.
Mention the relevant data positions as well as the recfm and lrecl of the data. |

If you want to only include records that have numeric data in some field, you can do that with DFSORT's NUM function. See "Numeric and Non-Numeric Tests (NUM)" in my paper at:
ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/dfsort/mvs/sortpeug.pdf
If you want to do something else, you need to give complete details on what you want to do with an example. |
