hi all,

what are all the compiler options we can specify while we running a cobol-ims prog give me with little bit explanation about the function of each

Compiler option RENT should be given for MPP and BMP programs to make the load module always loaded and ready for re-entrant. I am exploring more on this and give more updates.

I am using Changeman version control tool for compiling IMS-COBOL programs. While compiling the IMS programs, you have to set options 'Y' for CALLS & IMS. The options also varies depends which changman you are using.

If you are JCL compile process, you have to use IMS system libraries in the IEWL utility
