How to change the color of the lines of the Cursor (Pointer)?

I want to change to RED the lines and the Pointer.

That facility may be available with the Emulator you are using.
Check the Help/Manual for that.

Tyep 'Settings' on your ISPF command line. On the toolbar at the top of the Settings page, check out the 'Color' option.
It should do what you want.
