Ask the people responsible for the maintenence of CA7 to schedule the job to your requirements.

you need to contact the schedular, he will define the job and schedule to run every day or you wanted to schedule by your self if you have access to ca7
1.define the job
2. go to db.2.1 fill the appriate

db.2.1 is site specific and will not work for all systems.

Work with the scheduling people as you did to get this job scheduled. Usually there is more to production turnover than merely making an entry in the schedule.

Hi,

Joining the party pretty late..

Well, if a new JOB needs to added you need to update the 'regular' sechduler at your shop. Check what code is used for DAILY job, on the same line you've to work.

Lately I've updated a scheduler for a new job at my shop, I was supposed to add that JOB in the sceduler the way I want & then there were follow up with sceduling people.

Hope this helps..

Good.. icon_smile.gif .

Some times we (I) realize that everything is not to be done by us (Application Engineers..). Very few times we got the opportunity
to instruct some one.. icon_wink.gif
