| First of all, CA11RMS is a PROC, not a program. Presumably, it executes the CA-11 utility. See this previous topic for some more details. |

| CA11 RMS is Run Manager service,which automatically tracks the restart step using ARTS facility,ARTS enables us to know if the step is restartable or not |
