We are a premier Resource augmentation company with Top of the line MNC as our clients.
The interviews/Telechats will be conducted for the following positions that are open. We are looking at best talent in the country and would be interested in candidates in delhi/NCR region. We would then be screening these profiles and scheduling them for an interview with our pannel. Please note that we are planning to make offers on the spot
Technical Support Production Scheduling is responsible for the day-to-day processing and general administration of key systems or technologies that are used to serve the firm's business groups. In this role the Associate will perform day-to-day functions in the Mainframe and UNIX production environment, specifically in the Scheduling systems.
The Role includes :
? Monitoring and responding to requests received from customers, these requests come in through email, Voice mail, and Control-M Database.
? Scheduling Batch jobs.
? Handling Voice based processing (In and Out bound Calls).
? Working with Notes and Notes databases.
? Meeting SLA's on Volumes and Quality.
o Ensuring Turnaround times are met.
o Ensuring quality metrics are met.
? Regular Communication to IS.
? Providing off hours support.
Technical Knowledge
Technical Support
? Proficiency in appropriate operating systems
? Analytical and problem solving skills
? Strong detail orientation and follow through skills
? Strong aptitude for learning new procedures
Senior Technical Support
? Some TSO knowledge
? Some knowledge of Batch processing
? Some Scheduling software or Control-M knowledge
