Can you give me a compilation JCL to compile PL/I - COBOL program?

You can ask the name of compile JCL procedure from system programmer of your comany. The PL/1 and COBOL compile JCL procedures are in the system procedure library:SYS1.PROCLIB, but your system programmer can put they into other procedure library too.
For example: the PLIOPT catalogized compile procedure IBM standard name: PLIXC.
