I want o know whether the license is for driving cars/bikes or only for driving bullock carts?

Nowadays bihari's are given license to drive train.

i agree with jk bytes that biharis now a days are given license to drive trains but my dear frnd if u look back at the history the very first person to drive this country was also a bihari...Dr. Rajendra Prasad

Sorry to say you, driving train requires more efficiency than driving any two wheeler or four wheeler. As a train driver carries more responsibilty, rather hopes of more number families than a car,bike or truck driver.
And i thnk bihari's are not this much illiterate as your this form is depicting.

hey guys,

All of a sudden what happened to you all, its just for fun, why dont you take it as fun rather than making it as a serious issue,

if you still insist that i have hurted some of your feelings i ask sorry for that,

but make sure that this pattern applies for all, i mean sardarji's joke , being one i myself never take it serious, and try to understand the basic rule of joke, a joke is possible if some one laughs on a prticular issue, and i'm sure that the issue is always related to any country,or any region or any community, or any person, unless and until it doesnt hurt them its always nice to laugh about it.
