can someone give me the expansion of these terms VTOF and FTOV

VTOF -> VARIABLE TO FIXED
FTOV -> hope you can make from above

As the easily available manual says:
VTOF Specifies that variable-length OUTFIL input records are to be converted to fixed-length OUTFIL output records for this OUTFIL group. and
FTOV Specifies that fixed-length OUTFIL input records are to be converted to variable-length OUTFIL output records for this OUTFIL group.
