Hi,
I want to save the results of a JEM or JSCAN into a dataset. I want to do this for about 100 members so I am planning to run a rexx for this. The problem i face is that when using JEM, the expanded JCL comes as NOTE and so i am not able to issue a create command. In JSCAN the expanded JCL opens in browse mode and so no create possible there also.
I know we can use ISPF command MD, but it is a line command. How can i use it from a rexx? Or is there any other similiar command?
Is there any other tool for this? |

I could not understand the topic, but found another way to do it. The job scan interface has an option to submit in batch mode. It will build the JCL and we can resuse it. You can simply go to the vendor tools panel of your shop, to get the interface. Ie, if you already have JEM in your shop. |
