File status 13, 15 and 19

1. can anybody tell me the file status 13,15 and 19
2. how can we identify its a asnsi 74 or 85 cobol by seeing the cobol program itself (there is no differntiation statements there is only divisions in the program)

13- File not found.

15 Too many indexed files open .

19 Rewrite error: open mode or access mode wrong .

Difference between Cobol-74 and Cobol-85 :-

Cobol 74 uses Exhibit in place of Display
---------------- Examine in place of Inspect

There are few more differences.
