Hello. I am having difficulty in executing the function keys on the keyboard map after assigning them to specific macros.

The macros ran successfully before assigning them to function keys, but i am now receiving message that " macro failed to begin execution" when selecting the function key. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi,

I could not get your problem exactly but I try to suggest you something. if not useful, please ignore it.

After assigning the Macro to the Pf Key, U type TSO ALTLIB ACTIVATE in the command line; Then it asks for EXEC or CLIST ; If your macro is REXX then type EXEC and then within single quotes U just specify the name of ur Macro library;

then check ur PF key!!

Please let me know once U fix the bug!!

Thanks,
Mani
