So I'm sending an email with 2 attachments/files. All I had to do was insert a period after the first file specification (in my email control card) then specify the next file. After that it read the 2 files separately and a successful email w/ 2 attachments was sent.

It worked the first time.. now when I submit my JCL again it only reads the first file and sends 1 attachment/file.

I'm confused???? I didn't make any changes to the control card. What could the problem be??

Thanks in advance!

Control card B, Control Card A, JCL
Control card C literally just has a period in it

Please go forward avoid attachment and just simple paste the code and select that and use code tag to tag it.

I think all you did to fix was to concats another dot at the end , is that right ?

So I'm using the IDz application and all I did was add 2 backslashes and a space in my second control card before specifying my next attachment in order to output 2 separate attachments within the email.

----------------------------------------------------------------

//

--SIMPLE BOUNDARY
CONTENT-TYPE: TEXT/PLAIN
CONTENT-DISPOSITION: ATTACHMENT; FILENAME='Your file name.extension'

Hope this helped. icon_biggrin.gif
