Job completes in JES, but the status is not reflected on TWS

I have installed IBM Workload Scheduler 9.3 but there seems to be a problem. The job is submitted in TWS and finishes in JES, however, the status does not reflect in TWS and the job remains with an 'executing' status until the controller (OPCC) issues the following message:

STC02259 EQQE038I LONG DURATION FOR JOB JOB00001(JOB02262), OPERATION(0005), 518
IN APPLICATION APPLTEST, WORK STATION = CPUP,
IA = 2401121200

I'm following the instructions in the manual:

Anyone knows what could be?

Solved. I just checked the syslog and found the message below:

- 13.34.05 CSV431I CANNOT ASSOCIATE MODULE TWSACTRT WITH EXIT
- SYSJES2.IEFACTRT.
- MODULE NOT FOUND
- 13.34.05 CSV431I CANNOT ASSOCIATE MODULE TWSACTRT WITH EXIT
- SYSSTC.IEFACTRT.
- MODULE NOT FOUND
- 13.34.05 CSV431I CANNOT ASSOCIATE MODULE TWSACTRT WITH EXIT
- SYS.IEFACTRT.
- MODULE NOT FOUND

The name of exit was wrong on the PROGxx member on PARMLIB library.

Fixed and worked fine.
