Hi,
1. I got a new record inserted into one of my DB2 table (I know the timestamp).
I referred SYSIBM.SYSTABAUTH, I got the list of programs which has privileges to perform the programmatic insert into the table.
However I could not narrow down the exact program which performed insert on that specific timestamp. Any tips how to get this information from SYSIBM tables?
2. How to effectively search and narrow down the old group post in this forum to avoid redundant questions (Apologies, I a new to this forum) |

The answer can be found in DB2 logs. They are primarily used for recovery and you will probably need to ask your local DB2 sytems programmer for assistance. You may get pushback because the logs are typically very voluminous. You may be looking for a needle in a very large haystack. You may need to buy the sysprog a beer. |

It’s because I am here for quite long and knew this was asked before 😊 |
