We need to invoke a IMS background transaction based program from .NET application, could you please let me know how this could be done.

Just to give a little background to the above question
We are invoking a DB2 Stored Procedure from .NET which in turn calls a Cobol program which in turn invokes a IMS background transaction based program, I used CBLTDLI but I think we are supposed to use only AERTDLI for ODBA. I am not sure how to invoke a transaction using AERTDLI.
I am also not sure if this is the right way to do or is there any other way we can invoke the IMS transaction program from .NET. |
