Negative value - packed field - Natural Work File

I am rewriting a Cobol program in Natural ... Output is a sequential file ... the specs require a certain field to be S9999V99 (Cobol) - can't find an EM or SG in Natural for writing to a sequential WORK FILE

ex: 156.42 must be saved on the file as 01564B (plus value) or 01564K (minus value)

Prefer not having to use an utility to convert "1" to A and "-1" to J
