Hello,

Can we transfer a file from Mainframe to a remote system (non mainframe) using Telnet command in TSO?

Basically, I want to test the connectivity between two systems.

I know there is a Telnet command that we can use in TSO

Telnet <<Remote IP>> <<Port no>>

Please let me know if there is a command to transfer a file using Telnet. Let me know if you need anymore details.

Thanks

I would use the PING command.
