I have searched in IBM Knowledge Center and Google, but no luck so far.

This may be too late to help, but if anyone else has the same problem...
IBM publications for older products which are still supported (and some which are not) are normally available from the IBM Publications Center, which I see is just in the process of being moved to a new home:
https://www.ibm.com/resources/publications
The specific book requested in this case can be found here (at least at the moment):
https://www.ibm.com/resources/publications/OutputPubsDetails?PubID=SH19822102
The IBM Publications Center provides publications as PDF files and/or BookManager books. (Some of the oldest PDF files are photocopied images of the printed books).
It was previously possible to open the BookManager books online using the IBM Library Server. For some reason the Library Server has now been sunset, but you can still download the BookManager books and read them on workstation (for example using the free IBM Softcopy Library reader for Windows) or on your mainframe if you have the appropriate READ software.
If you can't find something in the Publications Center, try alternative forms of the name, or use the document number if you know it. Limitations on the lengths of book names in old BookManager index files meant that names often had to be severely abbreviated, but other books for the same product might use a longer form of a name. So for example some of the books for the COBOL and CICS command level Conversion Aid (CCCA) might be indexed under "CCCA" but others might be found using a search for "COBOL Conversion". |
