I think i found the reason....
...it was a space abend....my logon id didn't provide sufficient space for the xpeditor...
REsolution.....
Increase the Region allocation to your logon id....as below
At the TSO menu type-in the command
G TSOA LOGON-ID SIZE(1240000)
after you enter the above command.....system will require you password...give the login password.
To check if the command went fine....
go to spool...and open your logon-id job.....the jobcard should show the increased region value....
//LOGON-ID JOB (YT22*84098220),'SUMAN',REGION=1240000K
//$SPPROC EXEC $SPPROC |

Hi Suman,
I tried executing the TSO command that you have provided, but it gives an error INVALID OPTION on the right top corner of the screen.
"G TSOA LOGON-ID SIZE(1240000)"
Is there any other way to increase the region size or to execute the TSO command?
I'm even facing the same abend U3007 while expediting.
Below is the error messahe received.

Hi Suman,
I know you made a few posts in 2005 and then one in 2008, but I'm sure you are just waiting for a question like this....
Ramesh_165,
Why don't you talk to your technical support people? They should be able to sort something out for you.
If you can't get the command to work, you are either not permitted to use it(!) or you don't understand it well enough to enter it correctly, so since you wouldn't be aware of any potential consequences, best to do it properly, rather than pick up random commands from the internet. |
