We have flat file containing huge XML record going to other system for printing. Do we have any existing mainframe mechanism to extract, parse such single liner XML record into readable one page format for easier debugging on correctness of data and format..

Need to write a program, or Db2 SQL can also be used.
Example: parsing XML documents with validation
