Do we need to restart DB2 Z/OS for DAYLIGHT SAVING?

During Autumn we used to restart DB2 address space after resetting mainframe DST. DB2 LUW handles time changing(https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSEPGG_11.1.0/com.ibm.db2.luw.admin.ha.doc/doc/t0054835.html). We think there is no need to restart DB2. Is it right or not?
