I need assistance defining an SSL port to TCPIP on the mainframe. The port should be for a DB2 application. I have been unable to find any documentation that shows how the exact setup should be done for this.

I have seen examples of SSL ports for a Telnet port but not for DB2. I've seen that a keyring must be referenced when defining a telnet port in the TELNETPARMS, but I have seen nothing for a DB2. Where would I reference this, or is all the secure access defined within DB2 and I just simply reserve the port in TCPIP?

Thanks for any assistance.

Look at Encrypting your data with Secure Socket Layer support and read carefully about AT-TLS configuration and the other topics listed. If your site hasn't implemented PAGENT, you'll want to look at it as well.
