What is the problem? You know what you want to do and you know the edit mask to use. You know there are similar problems postedand you know where to find the manual.

One thing youy apparently do not know - even after 12 years on the forum - is how to use the code tags to make the data look how you want.

The real problem here may be converting the USD amounts to GPP amounts so you're not adding apples and oranges, which usually doesn't work very well.

ballaswaroop,
This is as poor as your earlier posts on this forum. I took the pain of going through a couple of your earlier posts and it seems that you have been posting almost every year from 2005. It is really hard to believe that such an experienced 'programmer' doesn't even know how to ask a question.

Do you want the USD and GPP amounts to be added separately?

What is 'GPP' anyways? Do you mean 'GBP'? OR Is it something entirely different?

.

Whatever you want you can get by doing easy little research on this forum or Google and that is the easiest way you get close to your solution than waiting for someone to write a SORT card for you. Try and think how to twist this card to your need.
