XFACILIT class setting for Fault Analyser

Think that Fault Analyzer has a bug on this.
The bug is as follows:
· When you use dataset A.B.C as a history file.
· And you don’t have access to that dataset via RACF-dataset-rules.
· When you have access to profile IDIHIST_USERID_DSN.*.A.B.C (in class XFACILIT) with UPDATE or ALTER
· You cannot view saved reports in Fault Analyzer from history file A.B.C.

why not open a PMR with IBM ?

APAR - PI58441
PTF - UI37893

Just to add Fault Analyser is 13.1
