How to sync memebers in some datasets with Changeman?

Hi all dear experts,

I have ten datasets and in them there are say 100 members. The most of members can also be found in Changeman.

How can I smartly overwrite the members by Changeman version?

Is that 100 members in each dataset or spread across the 10 i.e. an average of about 10 per dataset? And, do you mean PDSes/Libraries or are they just member names in sequential datasets?
