The Information Management (IM) department of the European Patent Office (EPO) is responsible for all internal automation services, including the set-up and maintenance of information systems and the development and management of EPO tools. Headed by the Chief Information Officer (CIO), IM provides a centralised and co-ordinated voice on all aspects of automation.
Directorate Corporate Applications (CA) is responsible for the development and maintenance of corporate applications which do not directly support the patent granting administrative process. Within this directorate, the department Corporate Central Services Support (CCSS) provides automation services for corporate administrative activities not relating to finance and human resources and business intelligence (which are provided by the departments FINHR and BITS respectively). Its services include, among others, case management, document management, web content management and questionnaires.
The CCSS department now has a vacancy in Munich for an information systems consultant in the area of web content management (WCM). The successful candidate will support the department in providing the right solutions to the business for website-related services.
