ISPF skeleton explanation

Can anyone explain me that what is skeleton.
if any example is there then it really good for me..

Refer to the manual ISPF Dialog Developers Guide and Reference on the IBM z/OS Internet Library site.
I assume that you do mean ISPF skeleton.
