First, you have to logon to IBM with your IBM user-id..... then the link works...

I too got the 500 internal error but it seems to be a routine with IBM links these days! icon_neutral.gif

What worked for me: "Quoted" the prino's post. Picked up the URL wrapped in [url] tags and directed the browser to that link. It then prompted for IBM user-ID and password.
