hi,

Can any one tell me how we can connect to Linux server from Mainframe through JCL and issue Linux commands?

Find the IP User's Guide and Commands manual for your version of z/OS. Read the chapter on executing commands on a remote host (or search the manual for REXEC).

And talk to your site support group -- they can tell you whether or not such commands can be executed on your system.
