Delete record from Coupling facility data table(VSAM file)

Hi,

I have a KSDS VSAM file which is a Coupling facility data table(CFDT).

I want to delete records from this file. I am facing some problem.

I have written a program to delete records from this file. But this file has less visibility, not sure what are the records are available.
I read the file in the same program, and get to know the record, and deleted, but again when I read the file, the same record is displaying...

My Delete program works for other KSDS file successfully, but not CFDT type of file.

So please help me out to delete records from this type of VSAM file.
If anyone want more info, please let me know.

Considering how crucial some of these CF files can be I am surprised you even have access to it if you don't know how to deal with it! Definitely talk to your support people otherwise you could do some serious harm.
